Jason Trimmell

I am a 35 years old male, single dad, I spent many years training MMA and fought with Team Canada all over the globe. After a serious accident I had to switch careers wich has landed me into cooking . I have always been part of a kitchen since I was a little lad my father owned restaurants. So it only comes naturally to me I have spent 25 years honing and training been a chef now for 10 years. I'm a calm cool and very respectful man who enjoys to use his manners.
